1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
1/2 bunch Coriander leaves
1/2 Lemon or 1 Lime juice
Salt (to taste) (approx 1/2 teaspoon, adjust as per taste)
2 teaspoons Oil
1 tablespoon Butter

Method:
1. Clean, devein and wash the prawns
2. In a bowl mix the ginger garlic paste and yogurt/curd till fully incorporated
3. Add the red chilli powder, pepper, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and mix till fully incorporated
4. Add the lime/lemon juice and give it another mix
5. Add the prawns and mix it gently (just enough to coat all the prawns completely). Let it rest anywhere from 40 minutes to 24 hours
6. Light the stove and place the pan on high heat
7. Add the oil and let it get hot
8. Add the marinated prawns and cook it for max 1 minute for each side if prawns are medium size. If size bigger cook for 15-30 seconds longer and if smaller then cook for 15-30 seconds lesser. The main goal is for it to become pink and opaque. If cooked for too long it will become rubbery and burnt but if it is not cooked enough it will be raw
9. Put off the stove and add the butter. Give it a good mix till butter is fully melted into the prawns and serve after 5 minutes rest
